Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic method of practicing asana. In this class we flow from one pose to the next in a logical sequence, each pose complimenting the last and providing momentum towards the next. All of my classes are heavily based in alignment and anatomy. Don't be surprised if you learn something new!
This is a strong, powerful, practice where breath and movement are synchronized, creating heat in the body. Heat has the potential to be strenuous for some, so it is of vital importance that you stay in tune with your body, listening to what it needs, and making changes when necessary.
